2. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1 UK Mainland

  1. Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £4.99
  2. Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £9.99
  3. Next Day Delivery: £14.99 (order before 2 PM)
  4. Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £100

2.2 Scottish Highlands and Islands

  1. Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): £9.99
  2. Express Delivery: £19.99

2.3 Northern Ireland

  1. Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £7.99
  2. Express Delivery (2-3 business days): £14.99

2.4 Ireland

  1. Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): £12.99

2.5 International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched with tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

5. Delivery Attempts

Our carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times:

  1. First Attempt: Delivery to your address
  2. Second Attempt: Delivery to your address (next business day)
  3. Third Attempt: Delivery to your address or local depot

If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. You may be charged for return shipping costs.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders:

  2. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  3. We cannot predict or control these charges
  4. Packages may be held by customs for inspection

7. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders have different shipping arrangements:

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you need to change your shipping address:

  2. Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
  3. Once dispatched, address changes must be arranged with the carrier
