1. Our Return Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  1. Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  2. Be unused and in original condition
  3. Have all original tags and packaging
  4. Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Custom or personalized products
  2. Items marked as "final sale"
  3. Hygiene products (if opened)
  4. Gift cards
  5. Downloadable products

3. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "Order History"
  3. Select the order and click "Request Return"
  4. Choose the items and reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

You will receive an email with:

  1. Return authorization number
  2. Return shipping label (for UK orders)
  3. Return instructions

Step 3: Pack Your Items

  1. Place items in original packaging if possible
  2. Include all accessories and documentation
  3. Attach the return label to the package
  4. Keep your tracking number for reference

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  1. Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point
  2. Keep your receipt as proof of return
  3. Track your return shipment

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 UK Returns

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items: Free return shipping
  2. Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping (£4.99)
  3. Free Returns: Available for orders over £100

4.2 International Returns

  1. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  2. We recommend using a tracked service
  3. Customs fees are non-refundable

5. Refund Process

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the items within 2-3 business days
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt
  3. Items must meet our return eligibility criteria

5.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved:

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange a free return and replacement
  4. Or issue a full refund if preferred

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. We will arrange free return shipping
  3. Correct item will be dispatched priority
  4. Or full refund if the correct item is unavailable

9. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders have different return terms:

  1. Returns must be requested within 14 days
  2. Minimum 20% restocking fee may apply
  3. Items must be in resaleable condition
  4. Contact your account manager for return authorization

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account (processing can take 5-10 days)
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

11. Consumer Rights

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  1. Return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund
